• Who can collaborate with us? How to get started?

We invite all companies from Europe to cooperate with our yerba mate wholesale platform. To start placing orders, you will need to register on our website. Account can be created here. After entering the required data, the customer service department will manually verify the information provided. Verification can take up to 24 hours (for business days). Once the account is verified, you will receive a confirmation on your email address. From this moment, you gain full access to all functionalities of our online yerba mate wholesale platform.

• Why can’t I see the prices?

Prices are displayed to registered and verified users only. Please note that account verification is done manually and can take up to 24 hours.

• How to find products and add them to the basket products of interest to us?

At the top of the main page interface, there are categories (further divided into sub-categories) of products offered by our yerba mate wholesale. After selecting the category of interest you will be transferred to the corresponding product section. A product or a set of products can be added to the basket by choosing the number of items and pressing the shopping cart icon. If our demand exceeds the available inventory of a given product, an appropriate message will be displayed and the maximum number of items that can be sold at the moment will be added to the basket.

• What does the "call for price" message mean?

In case of some products, instead of price, the "call for price" text might appear. It means that the product has limited availability, and therefore is more expensive than usual. If you still want to buy it, please contact the customer service and ask about current price and stocks.

• What is the minimum order value?

The minimum value of a wholesale order is approximately 135 € / 125 £ / 155 $ / 3700 Kč (depending on the current exchange rate).

• How much does the shipping cost? How are the packages sent?

The delivery costs are calculated individually according to the dimensions and weight of your order. Small orders are delivered by a parcel service. Bigger orders are sent via pallet delivery. We offer free shipping for all orders above approximately 2500 € / 2250 £ / 2800 $ / 67000 Kč (depending on the current exchange rate).

• How do I pay for the order?

The order can be paid via bank transfer to an account in PLN, EURO, GBP, USD and CZK.

• How soon will my order be shipped?

The package will be sent within 10 days after placing an order.

THRESHOLD DISCOUNTS

We’ve introduced threshold discounts programme where you can receive up to 3% discount on purchases in our wholesale platform yerba mate. The size of the discount increases automatically as the value of the order increases. There are two rebate thresholds under the program. The value of purchases for each of the rebate thresholds may change slightly depending on the current exchange rate.:
